03 / MY APPROACH

UNDERSTAND.
CHOOSE. ACT.

A result tells a story. I want to understand what is behind it.

03 How I work

FIRST, UNDERSTAND.
THEN, MOVE.

A PERSON BEFORE A RESULT.

01

Observation

I look at how you train, respond and make decisions. I identify recurring patterns and the right place to begin.

02

Understanding

I get to know your goals, strengths, needs and concerns, and how they connect with your sporting environment.

03

Direction

Together, we choose a priority and agree on a specific action. We focus on what matters most at that point in your development.

04

Independence

You develop the ability to notice your own responses, assess situations and make considered choices. The goal is to trust your preparation and act independently.

CONVERSATION IS PART OF TRAINING.

THE GOAL:
INDEPENDENCE.

Depending on your needs, we may review training and competition, observe them where possible, and involve your coach or parent — with your agreement and when it supports the process.

The goal is to become your own coach: to notice, assess and decide. Not every athlete needs the same thing. We choose the work that fits your situation.

YOUR NEXT MOVE

LET’S FIND
YOUR DIRECTION.
